Role Overview
Catholic Healthcare is seeking a skilled Workplace Educator to join our team in Lane Cove North, NSW. In this permanent full-time position, you will be responsible for delivering educational programs and initiatives to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in a Residential Aged Care setting. You will be coordinating and delivering the induction and onboarding program to newly hired employees, as well as delivering education and training to all Residential Aged Care (RAC) employees within the home.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and delivering the induction and onboarding program to newly hired employees
- Delivering and/or facilitating education and training to all RAC employees within the home to meet role expectations and ensure compliance across all Aged Care Quality Standards
- Conducting education and training needs analysis and develop a learning plan to address identified gaps

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process
- Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent
- Experience in delivering education & training programs using adult learning principles
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
- Solid understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality standards
- Previous experience working in a Residential Aged Care setting
- IT savvy, full Microsoft Suite and able to pick up new systems with ease
- Able to work independently and part of a multi-disciplinary team
- NDIS check or willing to obtain
