Lead Web Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Development Manager to lead our team of engineers in delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable user experiences for our products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement well-structured software solutions in Web technologies or Flutter.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement technical specifications.
  • Participate in code and architectural reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Deploy and operate services developed by the team.
  • Contribute to the success of your product through technical advocacy.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a strong technical background, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to inspire and motivate the team to achieve excellence.

Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about web and software development.
  • Experience designing and writing high-quality Web technologies.
  • Experience with and passion for Typescript, React or Flutter.
  • Professional manner in interacting with colleagues and community.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Result-oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with container tech such as LXD, Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience building and maintaining a talented team.
  • REST API design, development and governance.
