Swimming Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic swimming instructor to join our team. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will play a vital role in teaching children of all ages and abilities the art of swimming and water safety techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be energetic and fun, with a flair for working with children. You will also need to demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with students from diverse backgrounds.

This position involves delivering high-quality swimming lessons to members and patrons, while maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment. You will be required to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Key qualifications for this role include current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificates, as well as a Blue Card and AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety. While previous experience is not essential, it is highly regarded.
