Head of Legal Risk and Compliance

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Legal Risk and Compliance to join our team at CRM Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining our legal, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective legal, risk, and compliance strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with business units to provide guidance on legal, risk, and compliance matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare insightful reports and analysis for executive management and board committees to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Build and lead a high-performing risk and compliance team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members excel in their roles.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with regulators, ensuring effective communication and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in legal, compliance, and financial crime, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • 8-15+ years of experience in compliance and legal roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory policies and develop effective solutions.
