About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategic internal and change communications initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide expert communications advice to support organisational change and improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of engaging content that informs and inspires our community.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective communication plans and materials.

You will report directly to the Lead – Internal and Change Communications and work closely with colleagues in the Communications team and key stakeholders to achieve our goals.

About You
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in internal and change communications, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Highly developed visual, verbal, and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A flexible approach, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • An ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders, teams, and external partners.

You will thrive in this role if you have a passion for strategic communications, a talent for storytelling, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with your experience, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
