Job Opportunity

A Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in supporting sales teams and clients by responding to calls, emails, and providing timely resolutions.

This individual will have experience in customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence.

  • Key responsibilities include building relationships with account holders, responding to orders and queries, and following up on escalated concerns.
  • The successful candidate will maintain knowledge of all EssilorLuxottica Brands including product styles, technical aspects, and target markets.
  • They will provide accurate reporting to Sales Representatives and retailers and assist with order processing, stock updates, and status reports.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced wholesale environment with a dynamic team, meeting set targets individually and contributing to contact centre team goals.

Required Skills:
  • Experience in customer service in a retail, hospitality, or call centre setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and influencing ability.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks to adhere to deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and be involved in tech training, product launch & range release sessions.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
