Senior Account Manager - Technical Events at a National Events Supplier.

This role involves managing client relationships, developing timely quotations, and overseeing onsite event needs such as crew management and event execution. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in AV, broadcast, event software, and sales is essential. Confidence in client-facing roles and communication with senior executives is required.

About the Role

The Senior Account Manager - Technical Events will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop timely quotations and proposals to meet client needs
  • Oversee onsite event needs, including crew management and event execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and venues
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand business with clients

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in AV, broadcast, event software, and sales
  • Confidence in client-facing roles and communication with senior executives
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of technology, AV, or Event Production
