Job Title: Beauty Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Communications Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Beauty Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communications strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute holistic communications plans for P&G Beauty Portfolio and each brand, including paid, earned, and owned media strategies.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure cohesive roll-out of new product developments, always-on activities, and marketing campaigns.
  • Build brand awareness and engagement by leveraging user-generated content and regional brand toolkits to create engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement influencer/KOL strategies and social media calendars, analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations to elevate the social game for each brand.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of social media trends and best practices, ensuring maximum reach and engagement and suggesting content formats and processes to evolve each channel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PR/social media management, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media platforms, trends, and influencer relationship management.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other popular social media platforms.
  • Experience in content creation, including social asset design and video editing.
  • Knowledge of online and offline marketing channels and their interplay.
