Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Specialist to join our team at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. As a key member of our retail beauty team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our prestige beauty stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized and authentic customer experiences that meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform product knowledge and sales strategies
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment
Requirements
  • Previous retail industry experience, preferably in beauty, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in retail point-of-sale software
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
