Job Description

As a Beauty Specialist with The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., you will provide exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized service to customers, ensuring a unique and inspirational in-store experience.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues to achieve visual merchandising standards and drive sales growth.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to educate and inspire customers about our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Previous retail industry experience, preferably in beauty, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
