Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about horticulture and enjoy working outdoors. As a Nursery Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining our greenhouses, assisting with plant care, and supporting the overall operation of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain greenhouses, equipment, and surrounding areas
  • Assist with plant care, including watering, pruning, and repotting
  • Help with inventory management and stock control
  • Support sales and customer service activities as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Exposed to weather conditions, dust, and chemicals
  • May be required to work overtime during peak periods
