Job Title: Nursery Hand

Location: Canoelands (near Glenorie)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and physically fit individual to join our team as a Nursery Hand. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, operating tractors and machinery, and maintaining the highest standards of plant quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and fulfilling customer orders
  • Preparing trolleys for dispatch
  • Operating tractors and other machinery
  • Watering plants and assisting with irrigation
  • Other duties within the nursery may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Available to work Monday to Friday
  • Flexible with start and finish times
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
  • Work quickly and efficiently in a team environment
  • Responsible and self-motivated with initiative
  • Willing to work in all-weather conditions
  • Eye for detail with plant maintenance and presentation
  • Plant knowledge and experience with nursery machinery an advantage
  • Have own transport with a current driver's licence
  • Live locally
