  • As a Community Inclusion Leader, you will play a vital role in promoting community inclusion through various group activities.

Job Description: You will lead and enhance our skilled staff to facilitate community inclusion. You will be responsible for ensuring activities and programs are accessible and outcome-focused, initiating and growing new social groups to create community partnerships and opportunities for all.

Requirements: Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing and motivating a team, designing, delivering, and evaluating programs, and a strong commitment to the inclusion of people living with disabilities.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience dealing with challenging behaviours
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services, or a related field, or a minimum of Certificate IV in Disability with substantial experience in the field.
