Job Role: Field Services Technician

This role involves installing, maintaining and monitoring advanced road safety systems across metro and regional areas. You will be responsible for ensuring the technology operates at peak performance and contributes to safer communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission and perform preventative maintenance on road safety technology
  • Support a wide range of technical IT solutions with the ability to resolve complex issues in the field and remotely
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware components and supporting software platforms
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation and reports to meet compliance standards
  • Contribute to team initiatives driving continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

  • Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting complex hardware and software systems in the field
  • Strong understanding of network configuration (LAN/WAN), cabling and equipment installs
  • Experience with bespoke or in-house technology systems advantageous
  • Accreditation in Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform preferred
  • Construction Safety Card preferred
  • A full, unrestricted, valid Australian Driver's Licence required
