Field Services Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Services Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance program, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and monitoring advanced road safety systems across metro and regional NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and perform preventative and remedial maintenance on road safety technology.
  • Support a wide range of technical IT solutions, with the ability to resolve complex issues in the field and remotely.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports to meet compliance standards.
  • Contribute to weekly team initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex hardware and software systems in the field.
  • Strong understanding of network configuration (LAN/WAN), cabling, and equipment installs.
  • Accreditation in Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform (preferred).
  • Construction Safety Card (preferred)
  • A full, unrestricted, valid Australian Driver's Licence.
