Program Management Coordinator Job Description

This role involves coordinating and executing external engagements across a global team. It requires capturing competitive responses, driving milestone execution, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opportunity Response:
    • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate proposal preparation for identified opportunities.
    • Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and funding agencies to gather information and maintain opportunity tracking metrics.
  • Opportunity Execution:
    • Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables.
    • Work with finance and operations teams to plan budgets and record expenditures accurately.
    • Manage risks using standard project management principles throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate:
  • A science-focused degree or equivalent industry experience is required.
  • Two to three years of direct project coordination experience, particularly in supporting hardware engineering or product development work.
  • Direct experience responding to external funding opportunities, such as grants, proposals, tenders, or other funding announcements.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
