ERP Support Specialist Role

Digital Convergence Pty Ltd is a leading consultancy in strategic business process redesign and automation.

We are currently looking for resources to extend our capacity of meeting our rapidly growing clients' demands.

This position involves supporting clients with their ERP software, including managing support tickets, analysing issues, determining solutions, testing solutions, and communicating with clients.

The responsibilities could range from:

  • Managing support tickets from clients
  • Analysing issue
  • Determining solutions
  • Testing solutions and communicating to clients
  • Completing system administration
  • Conducting End User training both onsite and remotely
  • Developing documentation including business processes, End-User training, customisation requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and investigative skills, strong communication skills, and good understanding of business processes. Experience working with ERP software such as Net Suite, Pronto, Epicor, MS Dynamics, Sage, etc. is highly desirable.

Flexible work arrangements are possible, including working from home, flexible work hours, and part-time positions. Australian Citizen preferred but must have permanent Work Visa as a minimum.

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Pronto user experience
  • Previous support or helpdesk experience

Occasionally, travel to customer sites may be required. An Australian Driver's License, own transport, and a valid Passport are highly desirable.
