Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Professional to join our team and contribute to the development of transport infrastructure in Victoria. The ideal candidate will have experience in statutory or strategic planning, traffic engineering or transport planning, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The role will involve reviewing planning referrals, Transport Impact Assessment Reports, and assessing strategic level land use decisions.
  • The successful candidate will also provide input to Municipal Strategic Statements and Planning Scheme Amendments.
  • In addition, they will manage the statutory consent process under the Road Management Act 2004.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Planning or Engineering.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
