Concentis is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to provide technical support at a remote mine in New South Wales.

The successful candidate will ensure that all engineering work performed meets HSEC procedures, statutory regulations and internal standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing electrical engineering support for site requirements and various projects.
  • Reviewing and maintaining standards for design, construction and maintenance activities.
  • Creating and completing new design works, scoping small projects and completing general electrical site work.
  • Updating technical documents and reviewing electrical design and site specifications.
  • Reviewing inspection reports and recommending repairs or maintenance strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in the mining industry is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in remote locations.
  • Familiarity with industry software and tools, including SAP.
