**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the financial needs of small business clients and providing tailored financial solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Facilitate great customer conversations that help to understand their goals and needs.
  • Provide relevant and timely solutions, including commercial lending, asset finance, home loans, and merchant facilities.
  • Proactively engage customers to support their business and personal goals.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in commercial lending and sourcing clients from referral partners.
  • Excellent time management skills, sound financial analysis skills, and business banking acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement/management skills, and customer engagement skills.
  • PASSION FOR SMALL BUSINESS CUSTOMERS AND EXPERIENCE IN OR MANAGING A SMALL BUSINESS.
