Job Title: Technical Programme Manager

A leading organisation is seeking a skilled Senior Technical Programme Manager to join their Infrastructure Services team.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver new data centre infrastructure projects, from strategy and design to implementation and deployment.

You will interact with customers, partners, and suppliers to understand business goals and priorities, executing rapidly to deliver high-quality results.

As a Senior Technical Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing remote project delivery teams, facilitating technical sessions, and troubleshooting issues to ensure project success.

With experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk management, you will exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new data centre infrastructure projects.
  • Develop innovative solutions through collaboration with partner teams.
  • Manage remote project delivery teams and facilitate technical sessions.
  • Execute projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software).
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and complex problems.
