Military Rehabilitation Professional - Be part of a team dedicated to helping ADF personnel recover and return to service.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will utilize your clinical expertise to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans for our clients.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans through case management
  • Conduct initial assessments and workplace reviews to inform treatment strategies

In this hybrid role, you will work across local ADF bases, with flexibility to work from the office, client sites, or remotely. You will be supported by an extensive onboarding process, including direct interaction and shadowing opportunities, to ensure your success in this position.

Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
  • Experience with case management and professional documentation
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for supporting individuals in their rehabilitation journey

Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Osteopaths, or Social Workers with relevant registration are encouraged to apply.
