Our workplace health and injury management services deliver the highest standards to support clients in recovery and function.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work with military personnel, focusing on rehabilitation and readiness. The team uses a holistic approach to support the journey from rehab to healing.

  • Taking a more holistic care approach, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to support clients' journeys
  • Perform various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations and worksite assessments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, medical specialists, and other treatment providers
  • Support clients across ADF and DVA portfolios

You will work across local bases in this hybrid role, with flexible location options between offices, bases, and home-based work.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Current unrestricted registration with relevant professional bodies
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields, including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for helping people rehabilitate
