About this role:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Quality Officer. In this role, you will provide operational support within the Practice Excellence and Quality team, conducting tasks related to accreditation, compliance, and continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with relevant quality and contractual standards - Support the coordination of accreditation visits by auditors with relevant service programs as required - Collaborate with operational Managers to achieve quality excellence

About you:
You will bring prior experience of working in the community services' sector supporting continuous quality improvement activities. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders, internal and external alike. You will be able to work with competing priorities, have strong attention to detail and work autonomously whilst sharing your enthusiasm in the workplace.

Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Social Science, Community Services, Psychology, Social Work) - Strong attention to detail with project management and organisational skills - Previous experience in service delivery in the Community Services sector - Previous experience in the not-for-profit charitable sector - Ability to understand and research legislation, policy, and quality principles
