About the Legal Role

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that support business growth and operational success.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional to leverage their expertise and contribute to the company's continued success.

  • This is a full-time position in a global manufacturing business.

As part of this team, your responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on legal risks in contracts and other commercial dealings.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management solutions to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Review and draft non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents as required.
  • Draft legal advice regarding gaps in compliance.
  • Review and draft privacy and internal policies to align with regulatory requirements.
  • Research and provide advice on areas of law as required.

To excel in this role, you will need:

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor of Law, and eligibility for solicitor registration.
  • A proven record of analyzing and evaluating complex legal and compliance risks.
  • Background in contract review, including procurement contracts and confidentiality agreements.
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.
  • Prior experience in a global manufacturing organisation is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated legal problem-solving skills and the ability to engage in intellectual discussions.
