Service Department Head

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Manager to oversee the Service Department at our premium electric vehicle dealership in South Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up the Service Department Workshop and building a small team to support the dealership through its launch and continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support service technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Handle customer service requests and repair orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure service quality and meet deadlines while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
- Manage warranties and adhere to manufacturer requirements.
We are looking for a proven Service Manager with experience in electric vehicles and the establishment of a new workshop. You will have a strong track record in meeting and managing KPIs and manufacturer's targets, as well as exceptional customer service and organisational skills. You will be proactive in developing processes and providing solutions for the Service department's needs.
Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry.
- Experience with electric vehicles and the establishment of a new workshop.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
