Job Description

We are looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our Regional Team on a full-time or part-time basis.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health. Support people to get well and return to work.

Responsibilities include:
  • Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments
  • Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring programs to assist injured employees to return to the workforce
Qualifications

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Australian recognised degree qualification and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractics, or Physiotherapy
  • Willingness to travel (a current vehicle and driver's licence are required)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of customer service
  • Punctuality and effective time management skills
