About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Biomedical Engineer to join our team at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, part of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network. As a Senior Biomedical Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective operation of biomedical technology across SA Health facilities.

Your key responsibilities will include providing high-level technical support, managing human and physical resources, and contributing to research and technological advancements. You will work closely with the Technical Manager to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and development of cutting-edge solutions for patient diagnostics and treatments.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Ideally, you will have a relevant Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a technical discipline and proven experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting complex medical equipment.
