Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team at CooperCompanies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing communications strategies that drive business growth and reinforce our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing communications plans that align with our business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing communications efforts.
  • Manage and maintain our brand's online presence, including social media and website content.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
