Experience the Art of User-Centered Design

This UX Designer will be responsible for owning and delivering successful user journeys that improve the usability and adoption of the Intent Connect platform.

Establishing design patterns and systems according to our brand identity, this designer will drive growth and success of the Intent Connect platform adoption through continuous improvement of the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically influence multiple stakeholders to move toward a solution within required timeframes.
  • Translate concerns and issues into actionable plans in a proactive manner.
  • Have hands-on experience in data visualization dashboards.
  • Ability to translate research insights into solid design solutions and provide strong rationale for design decisions made.
  • Understand information hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of design systems, principles and style guides.
  • A portfolio that showcases examples of your work.
  • Excellent time-management and attention to detail with high level of organisational, analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of HTML & CSS.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in a UX/UI Design role.
  • Degree qualified with a major in digital design or similar.
  • Creativity, passion, and keen eye for storytelling.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), coupled with outstanding stakeholder management.
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience.
