Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Principal Product Designer to take ownership of crafting intuitive interfaces, solving complex user problems, and obsessing over every detail.

This role focuses on hands-on design, shaping experiences that millions engage with. You will design across our platform, from core experiences to innovative AI-driven features.

Working closely with the Product team, you will tackle meaningful design challenges that positively impact community well-being daily.

The first stage will be a portfolio review; please ensure yours is clearly linked in your CV and includes several consumer mobile app case studies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design beautiful and intuitive mobile interfaces for our core experience, AI-powered features, and teacher marketplace platform.
  • Help ideate and design breakthrough AI features that make wellbeing more accessible and personalised for millions of users worldwide.
  • Support continuous testing culture by designing variants and rapidly iterating on successful concepts.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Product and Engineering team to translate requirements into compelling user experiences.
  • Tackle complex UX challenges across all areas of the app while maintaining simplicity.
About The Role

Fully autonomous skills in visual design and user experience are required. Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in fast-paced environments is necessary. A strong foundation in user-centred design principles, wireframing, user flows, and iterative design processes is also required.
