Job Title: UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-friendly designs that meet our clients' needs.

The purpose of this role is to collaborate with project teams to effectively plan out assigned activities/tasks to achieve defined goals. This will entail gathering user insights, researching, and evaluating user needs to deliver intuitive designs that provide an outstanding user experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills as a UX/UI Designer. You will have the chance to stay current with technology and design tools, conduct user research and testing, and possess exceptional digital design UX/UI skills applicable on wireframes, websites, and apps.

  1. Gather user insights, research, and evaluate user needs to deliver intuitive designs that provide an outstanding user experience.
  2. Plan and implement new designs and optimize existing user interfaces.
  3. Generate digital assets that combine creativity and awareness of design requirements.
  4. Conduct assigned activities/tasks following prescribed methods, seeking appropriate review and supervision to achieve appropriate quality.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively and timely on the status of assigned activities, adjust to meet goals and commitments made, and manage assigned activities/tasks and expectations of relevant stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need a university qualification in Visual Communication, Industrial Design or similar discipline, and a minimum of five years' experience working in new product development, preferably in medical device.
