Infrastructure Legacy Specialist

We are seeking 3 individuals to join our Board as Infrastructure Legacy Specialists.
The successful candidates will be part of a highly experienced team providing strategic policy direction for infrastructure initiatives and advising the Minister and CEO on key infrastructure matters.
This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to shaping NSW's sustainable infrastructure legacy.
About This RoleThe overarching role of the Board members is to provide governance and strategic oversight of expert advisory, assurance, and project delivery functions.
The Board oversees the strategic direction of infrastructure initiatives, ensuring that public trust is upheld and projects are delivered within expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sound governance and strategic oversight of expert advisory, assurance, and project delivery functions.
- Oversight the strategic direction of infrastructure initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered within expectations.
- Experience in infrastructure planning, funding, or delivery, or related asset management or sustainability management.
- Critical thinking, proven commercial judgement, and objectivity.
- Ability to contribute constructively to Board deliberations.
- Experience on boards or senior management of large organisations in relevant sectors.
