Business Development and Brand Promotion Specialist

This is a complex role requiring creativity, drive and passion for hospitality. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for devising and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and communicate promotions to all relevant target markets.
- Develop and implement targeted campaigns through various channels, paid and/or owned;
- Update marketing content on all social media, websites, and third-party websites to ensure accuracy, effective positioning, and optimised for conversion;
- Support hotel and outlet operations with creative promotional activities and design in line with brand guidelines;
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the advertising, production, promotion, publicity, e-commerce, and social media activities that drive long and short-term revenue for the Hotel, outlets and conferences;
- Manage and forecast Sales and Marketing department expenses;
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous marketing experience in a similar environment;
- Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges;
- Excellent organisational and planning skills;
- The drive and ability to work under pressure using your creativity, tenacity, and initiative;
