Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that elevate our brand's presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Create a comprehensive Marketing & Communications Plan aligned with the hotel's brand identity.
  • Manage advertisements, sales presentations, and marketing initiatives for the hotel.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, utilizing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Coordinate public relations activities to enhance the company's public image.
  • Review campaign performance and deliverables with appointed agencies on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field are highly regarded.
  • Proven skills in meta, GMB, community engagement, and content generation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with a creative flair.
    • Able to leverage customer insights to formulate an effective marketing strategy.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
    • Able to adapt to changing market conditions and respond to new opportunities with innovative solutions.
