- Organisational Skills: Proficiency in managing time and supporting clients with their daily routines, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Accommodate varying client needs and preferences, responding to changing circumstances.
Minimum qualifications required include:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent.
- Current National Police Certificate.
- Current driver licence and your own, reliable vehicle.
- Completion of Assist clients with medication (or commitment to obtain).
- Completion of Recognise healthy body systems (or commitment to obtain).
