About Our Home Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy supporting older Australians living in their own homes.

This role requires the ability to provide domestic support, friendly social interaction, and assistance with daily tasks to ensure clients remain safe and independent.

  • Domestic support includes cleaning, meal preparation, and housekeeping to maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment.
  • Transportation services will be provided to assist clients with appointments, shopping, or community outings.
  • Ongoing observation and reporting of changes in clients' health and well-being will be essential.
Requirements:
  • A current Senior First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is mandatory.
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes are also required.
  • The ability to use a Smartphone effectively and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills is vital.
  • Competency in reading, writing, and communicating in English is necessary.
  • A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain) is also required.
