Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

This role involves serving customers with a positive attitude, making barista coffee, preparing food products for sale, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving customers with a smile and providing exceptional customer service
  • Making barista coffee and preparing quality food products for sale
  • Cleaning and maintaining the store to ensure it is presentable and safe for customers
  • Assisting with other duties as instructed by management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
