
This Role: Customer Service Professional

Our team is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Online Orders and Dispatch Warehouse Team Member. This position involves administering all aspects of on-line customer orders, placing items on order for online/special customer orders, picking, packing, processing and booking transport for online orders, ensuring online delivery and click and collect time KPIs are met at all stores, supporting customer queries and offering solutions if needed.
In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring the maintenance of online customer orders and backorders, liaising with suppliers regarding online backorders, ensuring courier pick up, ETA's, receiving and dispatch of all online orders are in line with expectation and reporting noncompliance to management. Additionally, you will maintain a tidy and organized work area, ensuring it is always safe to operate in.
The ideal candidate will have previous receiving and warehousing/order processing experience, be methodical and well-organized, follow through with all tasks short and long term, have worked with, understands and has a passion for tools, be enthusiastic, highly motivated and a phenomenal teammate, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, comfortable with technology - computer literacy is a must (Excel) and available for weekdays, and some public holiday work. Experience using a walkie stacker/forklift (with a current forklift license, preferred not essential).
