Roadside Service Professional

Club Assist, a global leader in roadside assistance, is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Roadside Service Professional.
This role involves providing timely, efficient, and friendly roadside assistance to members and customers of local auto clubs. As a Roadside Service Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Attending to callouts and completing tasks within Club Assist's benchmarks and policies.
- Providing sound advice on mechanical issues and Roadside Assistance products.
- Completing financial and administrative processes in accordance with company policies.
- Accounting for stock movements daily.
- Ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Participating in project work as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Mechanical trade experience.
- A current C Class Driver Licence (manual).
- Mechanical or Auto Electrical trade qualification is advantageous.
- Experience in Roadside Assistance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer relations experience.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
- Detailed knowledge of relevant automotive club products and services.
- Ability to apply initiative to unusual situations.
- Sound problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
