About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Analyst to join our team at the State of Washington. As a Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Toxics Cleanup Program (TCP) in meeting its legislative reporting requirements, process improvement, and compliance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and present complex financial data to support program accountability and transparency.
  • Develop and implement tools and resources for compliance monitoring, including cultural resources and project manager training.
  • Research and implement alternatives for external financial legislative reporting presentation.
  • Develop and manage the Financial Services SharePoint, including the transition to the new SharePoint.
  • Analyze competitive grant data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement tools, resources, and processes for Supplier Diversity outreach implementation and tracking.
Requirements
  • A total of eight years of experience and/or education in business administration, public administration, health administration, law, environmental law, finance, economics, statistics, environmental management, environmental or public policy, or a related field.
  • Experience in providing senior-level professional analyses to management, staff, and customers regarding complex issues that impact programs and policies.
