About the Role

Caulfield Grammar School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our learning analytics and reporting efforts. As the Head of Learning Analytics and Reporting, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement in teaching and learning across the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize the school's data management and reporting processes
  • Develop and implement strategic, data-driven decision-making initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by delivering data insights to staff
  • Maintain the highest standards of data integrity and ethical use
Requirements
  • Proven experience in educational data analytics, including collecting, analyzing, and reporting of learning data
  • Functional knowledge of internal and external assessment procedures and data, including VCE
  • Experience in translating data insights into actionable recommendations for teaching and learning improvements
  • Certification in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) or a willingness to undertake relevant certifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics, Education, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in data management, analysis, and reporting within an educational setting
  • Hold or willing to obtain an Employment Working With Children Check
