Senior Customer Success Associate

Our company seeks an exceptional Senior Customer Success Associate to build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.

This role involves managing assigned accounts from start to finish, ensuring all client enquiries are followed through and identifying opportunities for growth within the client base.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication and writing skills, and at least 1 year of experience working in a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high-value clients
  • Manage assigned accounts from start to finish, ensuring all client enquiries are followed through
  • Identify and grow opportunities within your client base
  • Analyse client behaviours and overall value to the business
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and client data
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in customer service
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of the industry is advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Jira & Intercom
