Procurement Expertise

The Procurement Transformation Specialist will work closely with our enterprise clients, providing expert guidance on strategic procurement practices and helping them achieve their digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies for Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation and optimization.
  • Drive value realization by aligning client objectives with solution capabilities.
  • Map and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client outcomes.
  • Lead strategic business reviews, value realization workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate procurement digital transformation.
  • Design and present client-specific roadmaps for procurement process excellence and digital maturity.
  • Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, procurement leaders, and operational stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer health and adoption metrics; identify and mitigate risks to renewal and expansion.

This is a high-impact role focused on driving adoption, advocacy, and business value from our platform.

Requirements:
  • 5–15 years of experience in procurement, consulting, or related roles.
  • Strong domain expertise in sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and procurement processes.
  • Prior experience working with senior procurement leaders and advising on strategic decisions.
  • Deep understanding of procurement digital transformation drivers and KPIs.
  • Background working with leading S2P platforms is highly desirable.
  • Executive presence with ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset with experience supporting renewals, expansions, and customer advocacy.
  • Collaborative, outcome-oriented, and analytical approach.
  • Comfortable operating in a global, fast-paced environment.
