Security Policy Development Specialist

The role involves contributing to the development and enhancement of organizational security policies, standards, and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of security policies, standards, and procedures
- Support third-party risk management and vendor due diligence
- Assist with internal and external audit processes
- Conduct business impact assessments and support risk register development
- Maintain and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Perform ongoing gap assessments and monitor regulatory developments
- Engage with technology and business stakeholders to provide security guidance
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. They must possess an understanding of information security principles and governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with industry-recognized standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and PCI-DSS is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience with ISMS processes and security policy development. Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with attention to detail.
