Infront Security is seeking vigilant and dependable Security Guards to join our dynamic team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients by monitoring premises, preventing unauthorized access, and responding promptly to security incidents. This role requires excellent observation skills, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Patrol assigned premises regularly to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
- Check identification and access permissions of visitors and personnel.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
- Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to management.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
- Provide assistance and information to visitors and staff as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred.
- Excellent observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Valid security license or certification.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.20 - $74.70 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 68 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
