Job Title: Governance and Policy Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and maintenance of organisational policies, standards, and guidelines to promote effective corporate governance.
  • Conduct research on corporate governance and compliance issues and provide expert advice to stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies for change management and communicate with key stakeholders on proposed governance frameworks.
  • Contribute to resource and information management within business units, ensuring alignment with governance and policy frameworks.
