Main Responsibilities:

  • We manage the records lifecycle in collaboration with fellow team members.

  • We lead and support records-related projects, including the optimisation of our Electronic Document and Records Management System.

  • We deliver engaging training sessions and provide expert guidance to staff on records management best practices.

  • We identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.

  • We ensure compliance with records management policies and procedures.
