Job Overview

As a Senior Coordinator, Awards Management, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of post-award processes for research grants. This includes managing contractual arrangements, compliance, reporting, and project closeout.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of post-award processes for research grants, including contractual agreements and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with researchers and other stakeholders to ensure that obligations to external sponsors are met, while driving service excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in post-award research funding administration, including excellent knowledge of grant guidelines, funding agreements, and post-award processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service within a complex, multi-tiered organisation.
  • Experience in using research management systems (or similar) and the ability to adopt new information technology tools to improve business processes and services.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including proven ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
