Customer experience leaders play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. We seek a skilled CX leader to lead our domain team in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations, handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly.
- Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to drive enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Analyze performance metrics such as Employee and Customer Satisfaction Scores.
- Lead a small team of CX partners, inspiring and coaching them to achieve high standards.
- Promote best practices within the company and share expertise with peers.
- Essentials: Team management experience, Zendesk knowledge, change management mindset, and strong analytical skills.
- Nice-to-Haves: Background in tech/saas industry, forecasting and capacity planning experience, and basic coding knowledge.
